Yoga is proven to have many benefits

Ranging from improved posture, keeping the flexibility of the body, to make the body fit and stable blood pressure.Unfortunately, not everyone can practice yoga every day. Whether for reasons of busyness or feel free to practice at home for fear of injury.

The following 7 tips practicing yoga at home:

1. Create a comfortable area to practice

If you have a room that can be used to practice yoga is certainly very good. But if not, you just need to find an empty area that is fairly roomy and quiet and calm. You can equip it with candles to create an atmosphere that you like. The decoration is just a complement, not a primary.
Basically you can practice yoga anywhere. Just make sure the area is roomy enough so that you do not need to form a table, stool, or other interior during practice. Look for your favorite spot and start practicing

2. Complete your yoga gear

All you need is a yoga mat, preferably the slip. There are many types of yoga mats are sold freely. However, using nonslip mat and not slick would be better.
You may also add a box (block) to practice. But it could be replaced by a book. Your creativity and keep practicing.

3. Ensure safe and avoid injury

Always pay attention to your limits and be aware of the most vulnerable areas of the body, especially in the knees, hips, spine, and neck. If you feel the sensation of pain, adjust and refine the movement, even stop pose if necessary. Do not force pose if pain is felt.
Warm enough before trying some advanced poses, and always check whether you are fine when doing so. Always conscious when switching from one pose to another pose. This condition is potentially dangerous if we do not really focus when doing so.

4. Select the style of yoga

While on a yoga mat, ask yourself this, "What is necessary for the body and my mind?"
Active movements that make sweat or subtle movements that help dampen the body and mind? If you do not know what to choose, follow the impulse alone. Over time, you will get to learn about the effects of different movements. Thus the more you recognize what is necessary for the body and mind at different times.

5. Enjoy your practice

Do not do it excessively. If you do not enjoy yoga then you will not be able to defend it.

6. Always relax, do Savasana after practice

It is important to give time for the body to rest after practicing yoga, so did the corpse pose (Savasana). The nervous system needs time to assimilate the soothing benefits gained during the practice. Sometimes you will feel no need to be connected to anything after practicing yoga, especially after intense exercise.

7. Exercise regularly

Although only once a week, yoga exercises that you do on a regular basis will benefit. Practice 3 times a week is also good, and much better if it is done every day. Select the training period is most appropriate for you. If you are very concerned about the process of achieving the goal, it is good practice 3 times a week and develop a sense of pride in themselves rather than forcing you to practice every day but did not enjoy it.
Maintaining a sense of failure when you skip a workout session will usually make you more often truant. So be honest with yourself, set realistic goals, and do as much as you. Practicing yoga 10 minutes each session also remain valuable.
